EVO Student Win Best Private Housing at the GSL Awards

EVO student are delighted to have won the Best Private Housing category at the 2026 GSL Awards. The event, which celebrates student accommodation across a range of categories, is one of the sector’s most prestigious. What sets the GSL Awards apart from many other industry presentations is that students vote for them. Today, we celebrate this achievement.

What is the Best Private Housing Award?

Unlike some categories, this award celebrates the entirety of our portfolio, showcasing EVO Student as the best-in-class when it comes to providing private student accommodation in the UK. Rated across a variety of parameters, such as amenities, location, staff, and more, this GSL Award is one we are incredibly proud to have won.

Of course, being awarded it by our residents, past and present, means even more to us. The work we have put into making our properties the best modern accommodation they can be has been painstaking. It’s all made worth it on occasions like this.

We will continue to work hard to make EVO Student the best private housing provider anywhere in the country. We are determined to defend our crown in 2027, but for now we can celebrate this moment.

Thank you for voting for us this year. Let’s see what the next year brings!
