Important Information


In accordance with The Housing (Tenancy Deposits) (Prescribed Information) Order 2007, all deposits paid to HFS are sent to a deposit protection scheme within 30 days.

Your deposit funds will be held with one of the below schemes for the duration of your tenancy.

The relevant scheme will contact you using the email address you provided to HFS when booking your accommodation.


You will receive an email containing a link to activate your deposit account – please ensure you activate your account as soon as possible to ensure that there are no issues with the release of your deposit at the end of your tenancy.
